Is there any SDK for C # .NET Core 3.1?

We currently have only one C # .NET Core 3.1 project available at https://code.d-logic.com/nfc-rfid-reader-sdk/ufr-apdu-credit_card_reader-examples-csharp_wpf.
This is credit card software, but the SDK is available so you can implement other functions as well.
