- name;
- company;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- message content; and
- files that you choose to attach.
Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information in a message or attachment unless it is necessary for us to deal with your request.
Technical and security data
When you visit the website, our systems and hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time of access, language settings, diagnostic information and security events. This information is used to deliver the website, maintain its security, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.
Cookies and consent choices
We use necessary technologies to operate the website and remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics and embedded-media technologies are used only after the relevant consent, where consent is required. Details about the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, their purposes and durations are provided in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw optional consent at any time by opening the cookie-preferences control displayed on the website.
3. Why we use personal data and our legal bases
Depending on the context and the law that applies, we process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Responding to enquiries and providing sales or technical support: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract where applicable, and for our legitimate interest in communicating with customers, potential customers and business partners.
- Operating and securing the website and forms: for our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service, preventing spam, fraud and misuse, and protecting our systems and users.
- Analytics: with your consent, to understand how the website is used and improve its content and performance.
- Embedded third-party media: with your consent where required, to display content such as YouTube videos.
- Compliance and legal claims: where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are overridden by your rights and freedoms. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
4. Contact forms and file uploads
Our forms are operated using Forminator. Form submissions are stored in the WordPress database and may also be delivered to authorised staff by email. Access is limited to website administrators and relevant sales or support personnel who need the information to handle the request.
We do not sell contact-form data and do not routinely disclose it to distributors, resellers or other external partners. We may disclose information if required by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, users or systems.
5. Google services
Google Analytics
With your analytics consent, this website uses Google Analytics to measure website usage and performance. Google may process information such as online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages and interactions with the website. Google Analytics remains disabled until the relevant consent is given.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA on forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. For this security purpose, reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction data, including IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, time and user interaction signals. We use reCAPTCHA on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its forms from spam, fraud and misuse.
YouTube
Some pages contain embedded YouTube videos. The embedded content is blocked until the relevant consent is given, where consent is required. If you enable or interact with a YouTube video, Google may receive technical and interaction information and may associate it with your Google account if you are signed in.
Google’s handling of personal data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google services may involve processing outside your country. Where required, such processing must be supported by appropriate legal safeguards.
6. Service providers and recipients
We use service providers that process data only as needed to provide their services, including:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — website hosting infrastructure;
- Loopia — email and DNS hosting;
- Google — reCAPTCHA, consent-based Google Analytics and consent-based YouTube content; and
- website maintenance, security and support providers where access is necessary for their work.
Personal data may also be provided to competent public authorities where required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
7. Where data is processed
Digital Logic Ltd. is established in Serbia. Website hosting infrastructure is located in Germany, and email services are provided by Loopia. Some third-party providers, including Google, may process data in other countries. Where cross-border processing requires additional safeguards, we and our providers rely on the safeguards available under applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
- Forminator submissions and associated IP data: automatically deleted after 24 months.
- Email correspondence: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and follow up the enquiry, maintain the relevant business relationship, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Email records are periodically reviewed and should be deleted when they are no longer needed.
- Technical and security data: retained only for the period reasonably necessary for operation, troubleshooting, security and legal compliance.
- Consent records: retained as necessary to remember your choices and demonstrate compliance.
- Analytics data: retained according to the settings applied in the Google Analytics account and Google’s applicable retention rules.
Information may be kept longer where this is required by law or necessary for an existing or reasonably anticipated legal claim.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing;

To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to request information necessary to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
In Serbia, the competent supervisory authority is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. If the GDPR applies to your situation, you may also have the right to contact the supervisory authority in the EU or EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Automated decisions
We do not use personal data collected through this website to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

13. Newsletter and future services
We do not currently operate a newsletter through this website. If a newsletter, customer relationship management system or another service that changes how personal data is processed is introduced, this Privacy Policy and the relevant collection notices will be updated before that processing begins.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, our processing activities, service providers or applicable law. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
