1. If the device doesn’t have the proper firmware version installed, the software will ask the user to install the required firmware version.
2. Once the prerequisites are in check, the software will display a message that the reader port is successfully opened.
3. If a non-EMV card is placed on the reader, the software will display the basic card info.
4. When an EMV card is placed on the reader, the software will display the basic card information and offer 6 reading options.
