This Privacy Policy is used to inform our users about policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information resulting from the use of our software package.
We strive to maximize the protection of our user’s personal information and use only the information necessary for the functioning of the services we provide them for use.

How does the e-fiskalizacija work?
To use this app users must have an NFC-enabled mobile device or uFR NFC reader connected to the mobile device.
Users can use contact or contactless smart cards to initiate communication with a dedicated server and receive back a response to the user, which can be used as login information, etc.
After starting the application, the user must enable the NFC option on a mobile device or connect Digital Logic NFC reader to enable wireless NFC communication between the smart card and the device.
The next step is to bring a contactless card next to the mobile device (in range of NFC field) which will enable using security elements from the card and sending an authentication request to a dedicated server.
After receiving the authentication request, the server performs the authentication and sends back a response to the user, which can be used as login information, etc.
All communication is performed using the GIDS standard: GIDS is a standard for smart cards that enables them to be used for authentication. Smart cards and other devices that include a smart card chip, such as USB Security Keys, can support GIDS as long as they are fully ISO-7816 compliant.
Information on Collection and Use of Users personal data
Our software does not automatically collect and/or store personal information and we do not know who are users based on data used for communication with external servers.
During the process, only the hardware ID number is transmitted to the Digital Logic Secure server, which is used for user identification. This number is not used by us to collect, present, or in any other way use users’ personal information, but only to protect our libraries from unauthorized use or distribution.
Third-party
Our app does not use any third-party services which can collect or use users’ personal information.
Legal Basis for using and processing personal information
The legal basis for using the personal information from our users is based on acceptance of our terms of services, such as this Privacy Policy.
Also, we may rely on other legal grounds when personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests or to be in compliance with related legal obligations.
The time frame for storing personal information
Personal information we collect (if collected at all) will remain in our possession as long as it’s needed to fulfill the purpose of its collection. This means that it will be kept until it is needed for fulfillment of legitimate interests and/or to comply with tax, legal, or other regulatory requirements.
After that time, the personal data our users provide us will be deleted (destroyed) or made anonymous.
Failure to comply
If, in any case, failure to comply with this Privacy Policy arises, we will take prompt corrective actions. We will not be liable for any accidental, consequential, or punitive damages relating to this Privacy Policy.
Right to complain and/or revoke the right to use your personal data
Any user, at any time, can file a request in which will demand revocation of our right to use and/or store his or her personal data. We will, as soon as possible, do everything in our power to stop using and/or delete (destroy) all the user’s personal data we stored, except if it’s in collision with legal or other regulatory requirements.
Users can file a complaint to the competent authority in case they believe that we processed or intend to process personal information in a manner that is not in accordance with this Privacy Policy or with applicable laws.
Children’s privacy
Our software package and/or related services are only available for users aged 18 years or older.
We will not knowingly collect, use, hold or distribute personal information about children under the age of 13.
If any of our users believe that personal information from children under the age of 13 has been collected under the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, please contact us as soon as possible.
Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to periodically change and amend the contents of our Privacy Policy. These changes will become effective from the moment they are published.
Our users will be able to see all those changes on this Privacy policy page and we recommend our users check for such changes from time to time.
