Rate Table 

The above example displays a rate for water table “W1”. An unlimited number of rate tables is supported. When a rate changes, this table can be changed and all customers assigned to this table will be updated.

Usage Rate supports minimum rates and incremental rates based on usage. Flat Rate provides the ability to add surcharges, taxes, etc. These items can be specified as a minimum, flat amount, or percentage.
