Process Bills

The next step is to calculate bills. Bills can be calculated for All accounts, a group of accounts, or an individual account (final bill). Bills can be re-calculated as many times as necessary to accommodate rereading and meter reading entry errors.

Bills can be printed for all accounts, a group of accounts, or an individual account.

Bills are displayed on the screen prior to printing on a laser (recommended) or ink-jet printer. Blank card stock is available with three bills per page. Two stubs are included…one for office use and the other to be returned with payment. The recommended printer will print approximately 90 bills per minute.
