The Account Master View is used to maintain and access customer billing information. The user can select several tabs to display the desired data. 

Each billing type (water, sewer, trash, gas, etc.) is treated as a separate bill. The ledger displays each bill and payments / credits applied to the bill. The user can select the desired documents to display. Open (unpaid) bills only are displayed in this example.

The Rt-Seq (see Account header) usually corresponds to the meter book and page. A separate view is used to maintain the service address. The Rt-Seq ties this account to the desired service address.
