Fund Accounting

The Datalogic Municipal Fund System (MFS) is ideal for traditional businesses, as well as municipalities. It includes programs to automate the processing of accounts payable while providing fund accounting related reports for each fund. This suite of programs is designed for the small to medium-sized municipality, company, or non-profit organization. Single-user and multi-user versions of the program are available.

Some of the program features include:

  • Unlimited number of funds

  • Support of multiple checking accounts with fund designation

  • Accounts payable invoices can be allocated among any number of funds

  • Check writing includes invoice splitting among the appropriate checking accounts

  • Separate or consolidated general ledger for funds
