View Journal / Report - Each journal posting is assigned a separate Report #. The Report # serves as an audit trail for posted transactions and provides a method for viewing detail of posted transactions.

Both summary and detail posted transactions can be viewed with this screen. The user selects the desired Report # which displays the summaries in the left panel. Summary transactions are sorted by GL #. The user can select any summary line which causes the display of detail in the right panel.
