G/L Account Ledger - Account history is maintained for each account at several levels. Posting of journals to the GL creates summaries for each journals session. Detail of each session can be viewed (see View GL Journal / Report). Monthly and yearly totals are also updated and viewable. Tabs provide for selection of current year or prior year totals. The Budget Tab is used to enter monthly or annual budget amounts for comparison to actual amounts. This sample screen includes summaries for a number of postings to the checking account for fund 00.
