The Datalogic MFS General Ledger module (GL) provides separate accounting for funds while supporting the ability to function as a single entity. 

A separate chart of accounts is maintained for each fund.  Revenue reports and Balance Sheet reports are maintained separately for each fund.  Posting is summarized to the appropriate GL account. However, detail is maintained for each account and is available for inspection.

Journal entries are made using a table that supports an unlimited number of line items. Debit and credit balances are maintained and are required to be "in balance" for final posting.
