The Cemetery Records database includes information on the lot sales and burials.  Information in the database can be extracted in a number of ways to provide reports, invoices, statements, etc.  Several report methods are available, including: 

• Query - VDFQuery is included to enable users to design many additional reports.    VDFQuery is an easy to user report generator that enables users to quickly obtain various types of reports.  Report formats can be saved for future use.

• Crystal Reports - The data in Cemetery Records can also be extracted utilizing Crystal Reports, one of the most flexible and comprehensive report generation programs available.  Reports written in Crystal can be designed by Datalogic or designed by the user.  User designed reports require the purchase of Crystal Reports.

• Pre-designed Reports - Several reports have been designed at the request of our customer.  Several of these are presented as examples.  Datalogic can provide additional reports as required.
